      Products are good with employees discounted

      Micromanaged team, applying cheap labour concept, work bullying is lot, lot of work politics. Managers Manipulative a lot, wrong person given promotions, no work life balance, managers showing favouritism, blame games within the Leads, HR are so unprofessional, waste of time, they don’t listen to employees concerns, lack of mental health support, HR are absolute waste of time.

      Good pay and benefits. 401k match is very good.

      Cons

      Micro Managment. Call volume is high. There is no autonomy. They watch you like you are children. The only thing that matters is numbers. When you complain about equipment that does not work or other departments that do not take ownership, management does not listen. Get use to filling out Gallup polls every couple of months
