Pros
The staff and management were amazing people in fact this is a company build on the backs of its great staff. My manager worked hard to ensure I was looked after and earned as much bonus as I could while still making work a fun and happy place
Cons
The owner of the company (Antony) is a idiot and if he gets out of bed in a bad mood then hundreds of staff suffer that day. we will agree on bonus scheme one day and then revert and change his mind days later of course after you have put all your hard work in. He is untrustworthy and leaves the dirty work to his managers to mop up after him. He never knows the names of any of his staff. At time working for this company I felt I was worth nothing more than a simply ant.
