Pros

Near city centre and buses

Cons

Lack of managerial skills by managers. Timed toilet break. Break out room like a sauna. Treated like animals, or lowly ants. Training non-existent. Dreadful conditions at Sheaf Quay. Treat your call centre staff the way that you would like to be treated.

Pros

I found the job easy enough to do and was not pressured. Work from home was offered immediately so I took it. I was in a more specialised role so was generally left alone for the whole time.

Cons

High turnover, minimum wage for a role that required a specific degree. Prospects for promotion involved no work from home arrangements and a very small salary increase.
