      Pros

      Growing company with people young and entrepreneur mindset. Very innovative group. Business is nice combination of banking industry (Arval ias part of BNP Paribas) and car industry (operating lease of cars). Very solid group with established and recognized risk management culture.

      Cons

      Being part of a bank makes business approach a bit bureaucratic.
