Pros
You may briefly meet some cooperative and hardworking colleagues before they quit.
Cons
Not a real consultancy: Despite the branding, most roles are glorified customer service and admin jobs dressed up with fancy titles. Don’t be fooled—this is not management consulting. Exploitative pay: Salaries are far below market rate. Instead of paying fairly, management relies on gaslighting and manipulation, convincing employees they should be “grateful” for the experience. Corrupt leadership: Everything is driven by factional politics, personal loyalty, and protecting friends in power. Decisions are not about clients, strategy, or business value—they’re about who can eliminate rivals. Toxic culture: Hardworking, cooperative employees are chewed up and discarded. Meanwhile, political players and manipulators are rewarded. High turnover: Talented staff leave as soon as they realise the truth. The revolving door is constant. Gaslighting as policy: Instead of acknowledging low pay, lack of progression, soul-sucking admin monkey roles or mismanagement, leaders twist the narrative and make employees feel they’re at fault. Career dead end: No real consulting skills are gained here, and the reputation of the company adds little value to your CV once you leave.
