I agree with previous reviews that there is a bullying culture here. I was bullied by management, made to feel like I wasn't good enough, that my personality needed to change, talking badly about me behind my back etc, all while putting more and more work on to me (despite saying I wasn't capable!) and pitting me against others. This made me feel horrible every day and it affected my mental health badly. It also affected my confidence, as I was frequently made to feel that I wasn't good enough.
I reported my concerns to HR at the time and I was told that it shouldn't go any further because 'then it becomes serious' and the person from HR also told me that they think the bullying manager is a 'nice person', undermining my feelings. A week later, it turns out that they are friends - surprise, surprise.
Unprofessional, vile behaviour. I would not recommend this company to anyone. No amount of money, benefits or incentives would make me want to work there again.
