Cons
Cunning, conniving and deceptive liers. When I joined Balfour it was as a remote worker. Several weeks into employment got told I need to come from London to Newcastle once a month for meetings. Then got told its for meetings and for Trainings, When queried why a fully remote worked is being asked to come up to Newcastle potentially 3x a month got told it's a requirement but yet this was never discussed at any interview, job offer or under any terms of employment. Instead got directed to my contract where rather using the closest assigned office to me within London, the Newcastle office was used as my closest place of work, which is 300 miles away!! Even then Whilst Considering my travel arrangements looking at hotels, travel etc, I at no point refused to go up to Newcastle always kept it under consideration when my sly Manager decided to call me 3 days later and told me I was being sent an invite to a probation review meeting couple of days from now, at which point I resigned. This is bang out of order.
