When I first joined the company, I joined and stayed because of the values it held and the support it gave people. I didn't just feel like I was working for a business, I felt part of it. Sadly under new HR leadership 2 years ago this changed. Favouritism and a face fit culture started to be created and a divide between the leadership team and everyone else was formed.
The organisation breaks and changes it's own policies to suit it's narrative and the expectation for you not to challenge this has widely spread.
Beazley promotes a speak up culture and doing the right thing, however this is not true within the HR team.
