Pros

If you get client office , you dont need to go to Bounteous office and deal with bad policies

Cons

1: Worst appraisal timeline eg in Dec you fill form and you get hike in july but which always get delayed to OCT.. kinda company save money here by delaying hikes 2: Same for Variable pay. SO VP is part of your annual CTC right but here eg you joined in JAN & in dec completed one year still you need to wait till April and incase you leave they will not give you VP even though you completed 1 year and it was part of your 1 year CTC 3: Limited exposure 4: For promotion they want you to have minimum 40hrs course , professional certificate ie good but along with it 90-100 interviews in a year. Now if you work in a client office , even if your feedback is excellent still no promotion. Even if you help companies in other way but still they want interview slots. Interestingly if you even give slots they schedule 10yoe with 6month of experience to take. Or role is not relevant

Pros

There are some good projects to work on, many clients who want to do cutting edge work and you might get to work on one. Still a lot of good people and remnants of culture from before the merger with Accolite flattened everything. Good PTO policy for those in North America.

Cons

Terrible at change management. The concept barely exists. They often defer raise cycles if budgets aren’t on target so if you work hard and keep your account on track you don’t get rewarded. The last raise cycle was Q1 2025 and there was supposed to be another in Q3 ‘26 but it’s been moved to maybe in Q3. This was after the same thing happened in ‘24 after being told that there would be two raise/promotion cycles a year. Can’t trust leadership to set a budget that includes raises, even after a year of growth in ‘25 no raises in ‘26. Most of the workforce is in India so if you are in the western US you will be expected to start your day by 7am, and HR is always scheduling “North America” trainings at 7am PT. If you are in India you are pretty much expected to work until 9pm. EVERYTHING is AI but you can’t get access to tools and then you get notes for using too many tokens if you try to use it. No rollouts, no trainings, no one knows what’s going on. There is no bench so if your project ends and another doesn’t start right away you’ll get laid off.
