Pros
Everyone is nice, helpful, and relaxed to an extent. At a more junior level, I feel listened to. Everyone sits together, upper management included, so it’s a good culture that is being set.
Cons
There are certain people that ruin it (like in any job). A lot of comms colleagues ignore junior people. Appraisal structure only benefits senior colleagues.
