      Appalling management, all journalists who've crept up the ladder and not professional Managers. For an organisation that's about diversity and global storytelling it's almost farcical how many white people they have on air.

      Great for resume. Global audience.

      Cons

      CNN never promotes. It's not what it was. This management is all about profit and that hurts quality. No work life balance. Lots of racism.
