      Cactus has a very flat management hierarchy, regardless of your level of position you're able to speak up and contribute ideas. The general work vibe is relaxing and encouraging.

      Cons

      Sometime decision-making can be very slow, collaborating globally isn't that easy due to misunderstandings.
