Pre Pandemic the company had its challenges on many fronts for sure. In the last five years there has been a tremendous amount of change that has created a very positive and collaborative culture within the company. My colleagues and team are the best part of Carey. I look forward to working with them everyday. On a personal note, I am very pleased with the benefits package that the company provides as well.

There are a few areas in the company where we are slightly behind the times. I do believe with the groundwork being laid by recent and current leadership that this will be corrected and we will be ahead once again.
