My manager applies the typical Micromanagement from Indian leaders, very controlling, increasing daily stress that may lead me to a burnout The fallacy of "Unlimited Vacation " in which your manager may not approve or even say that you are taking too many days. Also, you never have vacation days to take, so they can fire you and pay for nothing. In a nutshell, it has the workaholic culture of an American culture + Indian micromanagement style of leadership.
