Cons
Can feel slow if you want something new and challenging every single day. Since this is a developed and structured company, there are processes in place for almost everything; hence, optimizing opportunities are difficult to find, and PATIENCE is your best friend if you feel you're quicker than others or want to achieve things quicker. Remember, success and growth does not come overnight. I've tried :)
