Pros
Generous perks, very nice office. Free takeout once a week, regular company events. MTA (multi-touch attribution) and MMM (marketing mix modelling) work is very interesting. Very energetic company, most people are very chummy. There isn't much corporate awkwardness.
Cons
You have a Mac (if you're into that sort of thing), but can't install anything other than a set of 40-ish approved programs on it. No browser other than Chrome, no MS Word, no IDE or text editor other than VS code. And no extensions on Chrome either. Only in-browser Google Suite programs allowed for anything. Client calls on MS teams or Zoom need to be done in-browser rather than on a native application. Probably just the analytics and data team, but there is very little leadership. A lot of vagueries that are expected to be deciphered. A lot of anticipation of needs (eg someone mentions a meeting that will explain XYZ, you will need to read through all the docs about XYZ, talk to the people who work in XYZ and submit a plan for what XYZ is before that happens). There are also a lot of very short deadlines; as in get something requested at noon to be built by the end of the day.
