It’s a brand that puts customers and quality at the heart of everything. Cyient doesn’t brag, it delivers. One of the greatest things about Cyient is that employees genuinely love the company. Over 15% of the employees have been with the company over 15 years.

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
