They rip you off left right and centre, everything works in their favour. Management: Very poor management they don't respond to questions and queries. The rules change to suit themselves. The starting bonus they promise they don't pay - they again change the rules to suit themselves so you don't receive it. They will constantly deduct from your pay without any explanation. They say they will pay one rate when your joining but actually pay a lower rate once you've joined. Long hours but crap pay - it really isn't worth it. They take forever to confirm shifts so you never know when your working and then they'll put you down as a reserve but never confirm whether your required to work. They'll confirm your wage via invoicing but then the payments are lower than what they've confirmed. You literally have to challenge them on everything and they never get back to you. Make sure you get everything documented when they sign the van over to you and you hand it back as they'll use that as an excuse as well to not pay you what you've earning. Appalling company to work for - don't bother! Their only getting one star because you have to give them something.
