      Pros

      Easy position. Easy to get lost as a cog in the machine.

      Cons

      It can be very toxic and isolating. Your site is basically a micro-culture of DHL as a whole. And if your GM or Supervisor doesn’t like you very much, there’s not a lot you can do about the toxic behavior.

      Pros

      Great people to work with. Got to work on many continuous improvement projects that helped me with future job opportunities and interviews.

      Cons

      Company fired me as an intern after needing emergency surgery July 20, 2025. I was only an intern so did not yet qualify for FMLA. This ‘temporary disability’ was a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). I should have sued then, but I was young and did not know my rights.
