      Management tries to work with folks and they are pretty forgiving with call outs, union is strong here

      Cons

      Clients are late as hell with their delivery to the warehouse so it causes us drivers to be late starting our times , late pay ain't worth much

      Pros

      Easy position. Easy to get lost as a cog in the machine.

      Cons

      It can be very toxic and isolating. Your site is basically a micro-culture of DHL as a whole. And if your GM or Supervisor doesn’t like you very much, there’s not a lot you can do about the toxic behavior.
