Pros

some of the people working in the business. Flexible approach

Cons

everything is a downsize. It is not a business it is a big school playground where children bully each other for popularity. How it is still operating legally is beyond me.

Pros

There’s a lot of work, but also plenty of opportunities to build valuable experience and develop professionally. The staff and teams are genuinely supportive, creating a positive and collaborative working environment where people are willing to help each other succeed. Overall, it’s a great place to learn, grow your skills, and gain experience across a range of sectors and projects.

Cons

Career progression can be challenging, as promotions often feel difficult to achieve internally. The company tends to prioritise external hires for more senior positions, which can be discouraging for existing employees, particularly when internal candidates may already have stronger knowledge of the business and relevant experience. At times, the culture can also feel somewhat cliquey, and there can be instances where concerns or complaints do not appear to be addressed consistently, especially when strong personal relationships exist within teams or management.
