      Great benefits, great people. Lots of opportunities to learn as develop, they have really invested in the People team. Company has great vision and purpose.

      Cons

      Nothing glaring, I would encourage making sure you own your schedule and ensure you know when to switch off as it’s a busy place and an exiting time to be with the company.

      its just all cons these days

      major culture shift and pressure on employees. The ship is going down and nobody can even admit its happening. I take daily calls for people that want to leave, but none of us can afford to leave and lose our equity.
