Forward thinking tech team which work on multiple projects an application both greenfield and brownfield. The dev team works collaboratively with each other in the form of pair programming, stand ups, spiking ideas and meetups. The dev team are proactive in trying to reduce as much technical debt as possible and the company understands this. The company is employee focused with multiple socials throughout the year including London treasure hunt, bowling, monthly mingles, burger games. There is a badminton and running club as well as football every. The company also provide free breakfast, sweets and a soft drinks every day and a PS4 with games to play. The office is located in the Holborn, London making it easy to get to as well as being positioned to many pubs, shops and restaurants. The office itself is an airy open plan office with a kitchen and breakout area. Due to the company being an SME it means the CEO and directors are there with you and there to hear ideas and make the environment as comfortable as possible. Cons
The company being an SME means budgets are not huge like in big businesses. The company can have periods of time where a few members have left and it can take a long time to get a replacement making the work load increase.
