Average to poor management. Loads of very good people have left the business since early 2025. New medium / top level hires sadly don't have the right approach or knowledge that the business needs. Lack of understanding of what comes next. Low morale among those that have seen better times. It was a company where people would love to go and work for, now it is a company that people are trying to leave.
