Pros
Excellent manufacturing capability. They try new things when practical, and hold their employees accountable to cost, quality and time.
Cons
Top management - including the Board of Directors - is totally out of touch. They make subjective decisions without gleaning input from anyone, let alone top line management (of which I was one). Unfortunately, this lack of commitment affects new product development or fixing troubled product lines.
