      Busy, ever growing business with good wages and excellent incentive schemes. The MD is extremely visible and is approachable and helpful in any aspect of the business. A great place to work with great people from top to bottom underpinned by a fantastic culture and values.

      Fast recruitment process, very professional and friendly Initially welcoming and nice office environment Decent salary

      No training Barely spoken to by Supervisor or supported unless asked Work given was nothing to do with the role I was taken on for Moved out of team physically many times with no notice Poor pension contribution Many staff leaving including key personnel Awful communication between teams and processes
