      EYMS look after their employees, particularly those experiencing illness or personal difficulties. They are stable and likely to remain so as there is a reasonable public demand for bus services. A friendly place to work.

      Cons

      EYMS have lagged behind the times in some respects and are working hard to get up-to-date - eg. use of technology.

      After a year of work you are qualified for a week vacation. there is a bonus plan for you to earn extra money pay out per each quarter

      Cons

      pay rate is not very good. health benefits are very expensive. not very family oriented. don't show appreciation for the employees
