Pros

Great product, much better than competition Flexible working, not chained to your desk Contribution to gym membership paid £34 Car allowance £500, better than nothing I suppose Healthcare plan ok Pension, they finally put one in place because they had to, worse pension ever !

Cons

UK office is diabolical, just awful place to work, no privacy, terrible acoustics, if people on the phone you can’t hear anything Parking is a joke Distance from train station even worse, why Bracknell, slow slow service station line Exec team needs a shake up, run by engineers. UK sales leaders all 3 so far fired, just stupid ridiculous bad hiring from US exec team. Almost all staff resigned and left due to the most recent one. So slow to make decisions and put things in place No operations support, long evenings on the phone to get simple stuff done. So frustrating because you can see how good it could be. UK team always made to feel inferior to the US No investment being made in UK

Pros

When I started over 5 years prior, the company had great intentions to be a good company and treat people with respect and dignity. The culture was improving consistently. They were putting in the right people in the right positions to accelerate their growth.

Cons

It all went to garbage. Massive leadership issue. Greed and internal politics ruined everything. Women and minorities were actively marginalized. There are now no women at the Chief level and only a few women left at the VP level in the entire company. The entire finance organization was a total disaster, allowing incompetence, arrogance, pettiness, favoritism, and nastiness to reign supreme.
