Thank you so much for taking the time to share this and those memories you mention making with our young people are exactly why we do what we do. Trips out, fun moments, real connections that's Esland at its best and it's wonderful to hear that came through in your experience. We hear you on the staffing pressures. The reality of working in residential care means that short staffed shifts can put real demands on the people who show up and we know that's hard. It's something we're actively working on, including how we grow and retain our teams so the pressure is more fairly shared. Your feedback genuinely helps us focus on where we need to do better.
