      Pros

      Company wide extra days off around Christmas

      Cons

      I am genuinely surprised the company is still operating. I have never encountered such a high concentration of incompetence combined with a complete lack of communication between colleagues and teams. The culture was equally poor, with very low standards of professionalism or accountability. The fact that most of the London office has since been let go only reinforces how poorly the organisation has been run.

      Pros

      The people are awesome, the leadership is great it's just an overall fantastic company to work for. The company also tries very hard to find you a position should your contract cease to exist.

      Cons

      There are positions that are reliant on contracts. These may disappear from time to time.

      Great work life balance. Supportive culture. Coworkers with a lot of experience. Most employees have been with the company for an incredibly long time.

      Cons

      An aging workforce that struggles to adapt to new technologies. Pay is on the lower end.
