      Remote work, flexible hours, decent pay.

      Cons

      Continuous layoffs and reorganisations. No room for growth, extremely poor and vague training, managers all team up together and bully people under them. Rude at times and gossip behind your back

      Pros

      I had an amaizing expirience through out my interview process as well as my time as an intern there. The interviews were very conversational. And the work culture seems nice.

      They have creative products and solutions

      Cons

      Company out of touch with employees and salaries. I have been with the company for 20 + years with no promotion or sizable raise. Time off is never approved, and a 50-hour work week is common.
