Good culture, with long serving colleagues Owner focused on helping colleagues achieve their goals and ensuring a work life balance Friendly Flexible to a point Some excellent natural progression
Cons
Too heavily influenced by the non executive director, who also provided L&D and coaching contractual services. Promotions and pay increases often based on length of service or if your face fits. Lack of new blood at the top to influence new ideas and help business grow. A lot of waste in terms of financials.
