The management and directors are extremely approachable and genuine. The CEO is very hands on with all employees. The company is committed to everyone's wellbeing. Career development is always open and supported to those who want it. We are always moving with the times, ensuring our processes are kept up to date with the market and we ensure our customers receive the best experience. This is an incredible company to work for and if you get the chance to apply for a job, do it! At my previous employer I felt like a number. However, here at Fluidone I feel like a valued member of staff.
Cons
This is a fast pace environment. Not many office around so you may need to travel or work at home full time. If you do want to travel in, the company will support you and ensure they do the best thing for you. The departments are siloed. However, this has been raised and the company are taking steps to resolve this.
