Pros

Lots of training, generally the people in the business are good to get along with. If your looking to join on as a management trainee, grab the opportunity with both hands, you'll never be taken care of as well as you will be in this organisation.

Cons

Unless your in the core clique, your not going to be taken care of. Don't even bother talking to HR about any issues you might have, they won't go anywhere. The business is extremely good about burying it's head in the sand over things it doesn't want to deal with. Promised promotions/payrises never appear. If your related to the senior staff though, they will make a whole new team for you straight out of your traineeship, if one doesn't exist already.

Pros

Fortem is fantastic at growing their own with continued career development and opportunities available for those that work with the business.

Cons

Branches and operational delivery is sometimes siloed which is a big focus for the business at the moment. It would be great to have one approach for all roles within the business - i know this is why Fortem are continuing on their journey to create the blue books for standardized working.

Pros

Really lovely hardworking and professional culture throughout the business. We have a real sense of purpose and are able to use our experience and autonomy to support our clients and their tenants. Never afraid to do things differently, advancing to adapt to the industry but always having the social housing tenants at the heart of everything. Excellent additional benefits, a yearly salary increase and an all round great bunch of people.

Cons

Fast paced, always busy, but if you're not afraid of that you will be fine.
