None. It’s difficult to think of a single pro.
Cons
No progression opportunities. Pay is only increased in line with minimum/ living wage regardless of performance. They can and do force holidays as they work to an hours contract as a BPO. No sick pay for majority. No paternity/ maternity pay. Management is basic and only focused on admin task. KPIs unaligned with client KPIS.
