Pros
Its a job like no other and we work in a really interesting and rewarding environment. It can be challenging at times but there is a great team ethos which means everyone pulls together. Good work by individuals is recognised and rewarded.
Cons
It can be challenging at times given the work we do, but we receive good training and support is available.
