Overall working with Gallagher has been fulfilling since my transition from the insurance company sector into broking, there are endless benefits that has made my employment very beneficial, there is also a significant level of flexibility within my role as a claims executive.
Cons
Salary review, despite exceeding expectations this company does have the lack in providing monetary value towards employees, at least from my position within the corporate claims team. My Salary is currently out of alignment with inflation and I am only seeing a 2% pay increase per year despite exceeding expectations within my pay review and performance sessions, as I understand this is not ideal when essentially my ability to purchase is being limited by the cost of living crisis and below percentage increase for employees in the UK which is usually 5-6% per year.
