      Weak leadership team bar the MD. Collaboration taken to indecisiveness Some of the leadership team talk the talk but don't walk the walk Limited career opportunities without going to the Minneapolis

      Pros

      Great culture and truly amazing coworkers. Strong company history of success with iconic brands.

      Cons

      The company is going through a super tough season. Lots of jobs being moved offshore and it feels like nonstop restructuring / job loss. Job security feels very tenuous and morale is low.
