Pros
- Team were and immediate line manager were amazing - Good work/life balance and good shift rota - Genuinely was a very good place to work before new Head of service operations arrived.
Cons
-Pay is below average and work load is not manageable. -Upper management put over half the team on PIP's and bullied everyone out. -No progression, upper management stopped level 4 schemes going ahead for two junior engineers. This was taken to HR. - Head of service operations has no technical experience or understanding. On a public meeting they genuinely mistook Juniper (the switch brand) for Jupiter, asking why we were discussing planets.
