      Used to have lots of autonomy and transparency.

      Cons

      The culture has become very top down driven. Decisions are forced upon team members with no explanation or discussion and set with deadlines that are impossible to hit.

      The most amazing and stronger bonding culture you can find out. People truly take care of each other

      Cons

      The new management estructure ditched that culture for "quality results, fast" which most of the time is an oxymoron
