      Pros

      Working with a great team, and knowing that i’m doing my bit to help those in education. I’ve not been here that long so I’m not sure I can answer the question fully, but so far I’ve enjoyed getting to know the different departments as well as working with my team.

      Cons

      It’s hard for me to say at this current time as I haven’t been here long enough

      Pros

      They are always supportive and encouraging of development and they ensure you can progress and see potential in you. They ensure you are supported and encouraged. The children are always first and they recognise you as an individual.

      Cons

      I think things are going well.

      Pros

      My work life balance has improved dramatically and I no longer go home stressed! The support from both my Manager and Regional Manager has allowed me to grow and develop in my role as a Deputy. I feel listened to and valued in what I contribute.

      Cons

      So far, I love to work here.
