      Pros

      The children are sweet but the environment is toxic. Most staff at the nursery are really good people who are great and love their job working with children, but their are very bad ones there.

      Cons

      Staff bullying. When serious issues come up and staff or trainees try to report them, the issues are quickly swept under the rug and the staff who reported it are bullied and abused, even when they said they have a good whistleblowing policy it turned out not to be true. While working you could see some of the babies being treated quite roughly, the language used while staff talk to each other wasn't appropriate for children to hear.

We want to reassure you that any concerns over the safety of children at our nurseries are taken incredibly seriously and will be investigated. Inappropriate language and rough handling will not be tolerated any of our nurseries. All of our children and families deserve to have a safe and supportive nursery environment. Equally, so do our teams. Bullying has no place at any of our nurseries and this should be reported to your nursery manager and the HR department. We apologise if you’ve ever felt unhappy or pressured to ignore bullying whilst at work.

      Pros

      They are always supportive and encouraging of development and they ensure you can progress and see potential in you. They ensure you are supported and encouraged. The children are always first and they recognise you as an individual.

      Cons

      I think things are going well.

      Pros

      My work life balance has improved dramatically and I no longer go home stressed! The support from both my Manager and Regional Manager has allowed me to grow and develop in my role as a Deputy. I feel listened to and valued in what I contribute.

      Cons

      So far, I love to work here.
