      Pros

      The interview process was fast and efficient. For an interview it was very pleasant. After applying for the job I had a phone call to run through the job and package which was helpful. Then the interview a week later. I only had to wait a couple of days before hearing back. It was definitely a good and organised process.

      Cons

      I had no negative thoughts on the interview.

      Pros

      Long paid vacations work from home most employees sit at home and do nothing it's the "culture " then demanded by managers for sales numbers or get threatening emails demanding more sales from managers

      Cons

      No direction from management,company is lead by fear and intimidation tactics , not allowed to ask questions little to no raise or opportunity for advancement , can be fired at any moment for any reason no matter what you contribute, unappreciated work environment,
