Salary is really bad - Sonior Software Engineer HCLTech Employee Review

Terrible salary. Been there for 5 years with 0 growth to my income. Became a senior with no additional income. Management pretended not to know that my salary was this low. I was earning around £24000 as a senior software engineer. This was my first job and they just kept stringing me along. Joined a new job now and finally understand how the process works now. They were not following process. Stay away. Being unemployed is better than working for them.
