Pros

Job security, most work colleagues and managers are nice, surprisingly interesting, lots of events to promote better work /life balance, mental health, Assistance programmes etc.

Cons

They seemingly intentionally lie about what exactly the job entails, I was told the job didn't require making or taking phone calls, but that is the entire job! They seemingly try to use obfuscation on the exact details of the job, it is a contact centre role, just because the job requires you to talk about taxes doesn't change that. I've personally have serious issues with my current manager mistreating me resulting me being signed off and going through the proper channels to raise a complaint seemingly is going nowhere, and it seemingly comes down to the fact the guy puts together a lot of workshops, so from my position it looks like he is considered more valuable to the business therefore the lack of action being taken.
