Good exposure to economics and prestige clients and institutions. Will look good on your CV and help you in your next career. No intrinsic value but extrinsic yes in terms of reputation, so if you can bare a few months for the name, fine to experience and build backbone. Peers are wonderful too.

Nothing is provided, not even work equipment Culture is negative and argumentative Pay rise is lower than inflation so you have less money every 6-12 months. Any shares have also dropped significantly. No room for growth or progression Senior staff are rude, but it trickles down from the top Pay is worse than working in a coffee shop or an entry level role despite requiring a masters degree
