After 5 minutes of pondering on ANY pros to working here, I’ve landed on the answer that there isn’t one.
Cons
- I would implore anyone from a diverse background to think twice before joining this company. No true DEI initiatives, or budgets. - Cult-like & very cliquey. - ‘we’re one being family’ type of approach, lack of boundaries and as a result a unprofessional working environment - whilst I do believe some people have good intentions, they don’t speak up about any issues they witness, happy to only help on the sidelines. - No budget for anything L&D related. - The office is mouldy and damp ( massive health and safety concern), no windows with bright artificial lights that can be very unpleasant. - Projects were often under resourced with heavy workload and lots of travel. - unfulfilling project work
