No Pros. Not one. If you like being treated as a robot or a cardboard cutout then you’re in luck! I learned a lot about myself from working here and what never to put myself through ever again.

Toxic environment. Underpaid compared to everyone in our “team”. Overload of work tasks with no context or deadlines. Pointless meetings that help no one with anything important. Hostility. No team structure whatsoever. Untrained unprofessional narcissistic management. If you’re not a favorite you are shunned. No support. No 15min breaks. No bathroom breaks. Late lunch breaks-sometimes none. Retaliation for minuscule unimportant things. No communication or community within the team. Being ignored all day every day. Daily sexual harassment and bullying. Do not work for them. They retaliate and lie. They manipulate and have no morals. They will write you up for the most petty things instead of being mangers and helping their staff be their best in their craft. They tear down instead of build up. They do not care for their “placeholders”. They can’t even call them employees because to this company you are just a body in the room dead or alive they don’t care. They only care about the client and the KPI’s. Have to have a good score over anything else and by any means necessary, even belittling your own staff. Behind the scenes most of the team feels mistreated and anxious. They bend the rules to their benefit. Upper management is severely overpaid and does nothing all day but throw their work onto others who make a fraction of their salary and then leave early for the day every day. Worse company I have ever worked for and I will tell everyone to never work for them! My mental health suffered as well as my physical health by not being allowed company mandated breaks. Unlawful.
