So you are in a classroon for 6 weeks to get trained before being up on the platform however the trainer is a miserable lousy narcisst who has been there for over 5 years and is losing the will to train to gives basic information and expects you to get full marks on exam papers. Tricare is not everyone's cup of tea however it is made difficult by the trainers hence many people who have joined after me have left. The managers feel the need to have a poker face to show authority. You will be thrown in the deep end and expect to know everything if you don't you will be getting a disciplinary for making a small error.
