      Was my team and flexibility, and they actually treat you as an adult, plus working at home full was ideal.

      Cons

      Salary is not great and no bonuses even thou you support the sales team which get it

      Pros

      There really isn't much idle time. Plenty of work orders and PM's to do each shift.

      Cons

      No advancement, None. The company has been through several hiring freezes, and most departments are short handed. It has been a revolving door. Instead of filling the positions they have just doubled the workload on the employees.
